General & Account
Account access, API keys, product selection, and shared concepts.
How do I get started?
Create or sign in to your account in the dashboard, choose the service for your task, and follow the Quickstart. Start with one representative request before expanding your workflow.
Where do I get an API key?
Open the API key settings in the dashboard. Follow Get and protect your API key for local storage and authentication examples. Do not paste a key into a support ticket or public repository.
What should I do if I cannot sign in?
Use the same sign-in method you used to create the account. Record the error and time of the attempt. If the problem persists, contact support from your account email where possible. Never send your password or one-time verification code.
Does a valid API key give me access to every product?
Authentication and product access are separate checks. If authentication succeeds but a product request fails, inspect its error response and the access and balance shown in your dashboard.
Which product should I choose?
Use Choose the right product. It compares browser automation, page collection, AI answers, URL retrieval, proxies, and source-specific scrapers by task and output.
What is an actor?
An actor value identifies the service or operation for an API request that requires it. Use the exact identifier in that endpoint’s reference. Changing a documentation label does not change the API identifier.
What should I do if my key is exposed?
Invalidate the exposed credential using your account’s available controls or ask support for help. Replace it in dependent applications and review recent usage. Removing a leaked key from a file does not revoke it. See the key protection guide.
Where can I ask about account details or deletion?
Use Contact Support. Describe the requested change and identify your account through a private channel. Support can explain the verification and account-specific steps that apply.
